I avoid anger at home and remain calm and happy.
I am a happy person at home. I feel calm when I am in my house. Anger and stress have no place in my home. Anyone in my house understands that it is a place of peace, joy, and love. Every day I practice being peaceful and joyful in my house.
Happiness is a choice, and I choose to be happy instead of being upset and negative. Those kinds of emotions make things worse and sap my positive energy. Challenges are best conquered with a happy attitude and calm thoughts.
Making the right decision is important to me, and the right decision is peace. Love and joy are part of my daily home life. I choose to have them in my life and work to keep them with me always.
Frustrations are part of life, but my reaction to them is something I have control over. I avoid getting angry over things I cannot change. I choose to change the things that I can. I understand the difference between these, and I keep my joy.
Others who see my happiness want what I have. They like to be around me because I’m a joyful person. The joy and calmness I give out to others comes back to me and helps me get through any challenges I face in my life.
Today, I choose to stay calm and happy at home, regardless of any challenges that rise up to test me.
