I take good care of my body. I refrain from activities that are detrimental to my health. My eating habits and exercise routine keep me feeling young and strong.

My skin has a healthy glow because I take care of it by eating well. I eat foods rich in vitamins. Every day, I cleanse my skin using deep cleansing products that are safe on my skin.

I drink plenty of water to the benefit of my overall health. Water helps me feel energized and refreshed so I can participate in physical activities.

Staying active brings mental benefits to me as well. The more I exercise, the sharper my mind becomes. I spend time each morning stretching my muscles and practicing breathing exercises.

Breathing deeply helps increase the oxygen flow to my brain, helping me to think on my feet and experience a positive attitude.

I get enough rest so I can feel fresh because when my body feels good, it is easier for me to be in a good mood. I avoid grumpiness by taking care of my physical needs.

Aging gracefully is about more than lines, wrinkles, and sunspots; its about my attitude. I have a positive outlook on the future. I am a mature person, happy with whom I am. I accept myself just the way I am. The wisdom I have gained through the years is what makes me graceful.

Today, I choose to embrace my age and the stage of life I am in. My attitude about life is what determines whether I am still young at heart.
