Life is good to me. I am given a wonderful family, beautiful home, and a challenging career that supports my lifestyle.

I live my life in the now without worrying about what the future may bring or what my past may cause. I know that every second of my day is precious; therefore I go about my day with gusto.

Life is too short to live in fear of things that may never happen.

Each and every day brings a new beginning, a chance at bettering my life, and an opportunity to make a difference. I wake up each morning with a humble attitude and flash a smile to each person I encounter.

I admit that the final stage of the cycle of life scares me. But, I know that it is perfectly normal to be afraid of death because it brings uncertainty. However, I refrain from worrying about it. I know that it will all be okay!

I embrace the cycle of life for what it is. I live a fruitful life and hope to have many years left to experience.

Today, I stop fearing the cycle of life. Today is the day I feel thankful for what I have been given and graciously anticipate what is yet to come.

Self-Reflection Questions:

2. What are the 10 best experiences I have had in my life?
3. How can I become more comfortable with the thought of aging?
