Even with a health challenge, I have much joy over the holidays. Challenges are there to be met and handled. I experience joy when I overcome obstacles and achieve success in any way. As long as I have life, I have joy.
I do what I am capable of doing and I allow that to be enough. Small joys take on more significance during the holidays. I let those joys carry me through any challenge.
Reflecting on holiday joy keeps me sustained throughout the year. I look forward to the holidays. Each holiday brings something new and wonderful into my life. I choose to let go of anger and blame over my health. I accept my reality so I can move forward with joy and peace.
Staying in peace through the holiday season is important to me. I have many joyous events in my life. I choose happiness in spite of anything that others might find troubling. My happiness and joy are my greatest holiday gifts to other people. I give them my joy willingly.
If times are difficult, I release any fear or anxiety. I am alive and that is what matters. I have people who love and care for me, and we celebrate our holidays together. We all make memories that last a lifetime. These memories bring me a lot of contentment and comfort as I face my health challenges during the holidays.
Today, I choose happiness and joy for the holidays regardless of my challenges.
