I find it easy to make progress with each step that I take.

I have a simple strategy that keeps me on track. All it takes is a little time for planning, and my success is nearly assured! So I take the time to make my plan and know that each day I am making forward progress toward my goals.

When I set a goal, I divide it into a series of mini-goals. Then I figure out specific action steps that will enable me to accomplish each task quickly and effectively. Each step I take moves me forward a little closer to victory!

In my planner, I schedule time every day to work on at least one of my mini-goals.

Every small task completed is worthy of celebration! I congratulate myself and bask in my victory. These good feelings encourage me to dive right into the next task because I have momentum on my side.

My action plan is a map of my journey toward my goal. Each task I complete is another step closer to my destination. I may make a detour now and again, but with my plan, I always find my way back to my route.

Today, I choose success by taking the time to create my detailed plan of action steps, and then I schedule at least one small step for each day in my planner.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. Have I divided my goals into action steps that will get me to where I want to be?
2. How can I schedule some time each day to further my goals?
3. Do I reward myself for every success, no matter how small?
