Shopping with my children is a bonding activity. My children and I have fun shopping together. I set my children up for success by shopping at their favorite stores and having a plan. I take short trips and bring along snacks to keep everyone happy.
Having a list in hand saves me time by preventing me from wandering aimlessly. Before I go shopping, I look through my children’s closets and determine what they need.
Although I give the final approval, I allow my children to choose items that they like. I successfully compromise with my children on what they can wear to school. I enjoy seeing my children express their individual personality through their clothes.
