Eating right is important. These choices are easy and worth the cost, because my health is valuable to me. I choose to eat nutritiously and make good food choices. I like healthy food, and purchasing and preparing it is a joy to me.

Each and every day, I eat nutritious foods, occasionally allowing myself an unhealthy treat. Everything in moderation is a good motto for me when it comes to eating healthy.

Foods that are healthy also taste good. Since there are so many choices, there is always something good to eat. I enjoy trying a wide variety of foods. The beauty is that there are still healthy fruits, vegetables, and other dishes that I haven’t even tasted yet. I enjoy trying new recipes that fuel my body for success.

Healthy food is one of the best things I can give myself. It keeps me at an optimum weight and makes me feel good.

Good health is priceless and also one of the best gifts I could ever give my family. So it is important for me to prepare healthy meals for my family and teach them to make good food choices as well.

Each week, I take time to plan healthy meals; therefore I make good choices at the grocery store. I cook meals in advance and freeze them to ensure I can have healthy meals even if my schedule is hectic. For snacks, I always have plenty of healthy choices readily available to just grab and eat.
