I stay in joy over the holidays, regardless of my romantic circumstances.

The holidays are a joyful time. I like the holiday atmosphere and spirit. I enjoy the holidays, whether I am alone or with others. Having friends and family members near me keeps my spirits high, but even when I am by myself, I am joyful during the holiday season.

I see my alone time as a challenge. I rise to the challenge by staying positive and finding great things to do. There are many projects I want to complete over the holidays. Many of these can be done alone, and working on these projects makes me feel peaceful, instead of busy and stressed out.

Being by myself over the holidays gives me the chance to reflect on where my life is. If I see changes I want to make, I plan how to implement them. I am thankful for much in my life. I enjoy the quiet time that allows me to meditate and truly appreciate the people in my life that care for me.

The holidays have a lot to offer to a single person. Romance is only one way to be joyful. My joy comes from a wide variety of sources. I stay busy during the holidays, but I remain calm in the midst of chaos. I am a joyous person regardless of my circumstances and surroundings.

Today, I am joyful and I know that a single person can live a full, happy life. I choose to live that kind of life, because I deserve it.
