It is natural to feel comfortable sticking to familiar activities and routines. However, I like to seek excitement in life by indulging in new experiences. I often participate in fun, new activities, such as dance classes, hiking, or even rock climbing!

These exciting activities are a fun way to make new friends and get my body into shape! I can honestly say that I am well on my way to achieving the ideal body I have always dreamed of, and I am actually having fun while getting fit!

Diversity is essential to me because repetitiveness becomes boring after a while. I feel the effects of dissatisfaction creeping in every now and then when I slip into routines.

Gone are the days of spending my Saturday evenings cuddled up on the couch with ice cream and the television. These are the times of unpredictable excitement!

I like to mix things up a bit. Sometimes I head out to a dance class and other times I like to venture to a random, far away town. Now that I have an open mind, the sky is the limit to what I can do.

Life is too short for monotony. For this reason, I ensure that I take part in at least one new experience each month.

Today, I admire my adaptability. I can learn anything from dancing the Cha-cha to flying a helicopter!
